In what formats are the files offered?

Datasets are delivered after purchase to your email in Csv, SQL, or Excel format.

How long will the delivery take?

It will be delivered instantly to you via email, once you have selected and made a purchase of your chosen dataset. However, it may take up to an hour for your file to be received.

How do I buy datasets?

First, you must navigate to the “BUY” section and then make a selection of the item/s you are interested in purchasing. In order for us to make the delivery to you, a form must be filled out with the necessary information entered.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made via Debit/Credit card, Bitcoin, or PayPal. Alternatively, you can contact our sales representative using the contact form to access the option of a bank transfer. The sales representative will be responsible for providing bank details and other billing information.

Is it safe to use online payments?

Yes, each of the payment methods available is encrypted for top security, and we have subscribed to contracts with partners that have been approved by banks.

How often is the data in the files updated?

Will I receive updates of the file/data?

Within 30 days of you purchasing the file and receiving it you will be able to request a free update. After the 30 days you would need to contact us.

How does the purchase work?

Once you purchase the file, you will receive after a couple of minutes a secure download link to the files

Will I receive multiple formats?

You will receive a CSV, XLS and XLSX file via email. these files will be zipped in the email you reveive.
